(Yaks for mobile homes are not released by the treasurer's office until taxes are paid In full). The mobile home would need to be operated from the property value and given 8 new parcel number to do so. The owner then contacted our office stating that the sale had fallen through and we would not need to accelerate the taxes. Therefore, the mobile home did not need IOLL status and due to ceNwl error, the mobile home value was omitted from the 2015 tax roll. Correcting to add value back to the tax roll.
