(0.50%for 10 year period commencing April 1, 2018
and ending March 31, 2028 to be used accordingly:
65%Street Improvements
25%as follows:45%south leg of the Hike/Bike Trail to connect Lib's Park
to the trailhead at 1st Street and Colorado Avenue; and the remaining 55%
used for City park capital improvements; and
10%Hastings Museum storage and to create a new Naval Ammunition Depot
and a 20th Century local history exhibit)
