Motion by Johnson, seconded by Patterson that this is an open public meeting of the Adams County Board of Commissioners. Roll Call,Ayes:Stromer, Larsen, Hogan,Johnson, Reams, Neumann, Patterson Nays: None The Pledge of Allegiance was performed. Chairman Hogan inquired if there were any conflicts of interest with today's agenda. No conflicts of interest were disclosed. Nebraska Legislative candidate, Dan Lonowski spoke during pubic comment to introduce himself and outline his goals should he be elected as the District 33 representative. No additional public comments were made and public comment was closed. Beth Farrell with the Nebraska Association of County Officials, provided the board an update from the NACO office.
