("Assignee"), all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that certain Deed of Trust executed
by AARON C. WENBURG AND ANDREA J. WENBURG, HUSBAND AND WIFE as

secured covering the following described real property:
THE WEST SI-XTY (W 60) FEET OF LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FOUR (4), HAIRE'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
