Document No. 942188 in the office of the Register of Deeds of the. County of Adams, Nebraska, in
consideration of performance in full by the said Trustor of all obligations imposed by the said Deed of
Trust and the Note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real
estate, to-wit:
LOTS EIGHT (8) AND NINE (9), BLOCK ONE, KENWOOD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
HEREBY CANCELING AND SATISFYING SAID DEED OF TRUST.
Such Reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not
imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of
record the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
