The undersigned,. as Trustee ~!nder that.certain Deed.of Trust executed by Jonathan M.
Smith and Melanie A. Smith, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of February 23, 2004, and recorded
on March 2, 2004, as Instrument No. 20041025, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the
request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.

Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska according to the recorded plat the-eof.
