SATISFACTION OF,ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Assignment of Rents executed by
Jonathan M. Smith and Melanie A. Smith, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of February 23, 2004, and
recorded on March 2, 2004, as Instrument No. 20041028, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
of Adams County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
Trustee in and to the real property described in said Assignment of Rents. This Satisfaction is
executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Assignment of Rents.
Property:
The South Ninety Feet IS90') of Lot Twenty-nlne (291, In Alexander's Second Subdivision to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska according to the recorded plat thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Satisfaction to be executed as of
November 1, 2007.
