TIGER-EYE, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, and JEFFREY A:
WISSING AND PATRICIA K. WISSING, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from
GRANTEES,
TERRY DIECKER, a single person, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat: Section 76-201):
Lot One (1), except the South Seventy-Five (S 75) feet thereof, and all of Lots Two
(2) and Three (3), Block Two (2), Westland First Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
GRANTORS:
(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
easements and restrictions of record;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons. .
