upon oath, deposes and states as follows:
RayNMary Rarms, LLC is the owner of the following described real estate:
The Northwest Quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township Six (6) North,
Range Ten (10) West of the 6°' P.m., Adams County, Nebraska AND
The East Ilaif of the Southeast Quarter (E%zSE'/<) of Section Ten (10),
Township Six (6) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 60' P.M., in Adams
County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the North 208.25 feet of the South 1274.55
feet of the East 208.25 feet of the East Half of the' Southeast Quarter
(E'/zSE'/o) of Section Ten (10), Township Six (6) North, Range Ten (10)
West of the 6`h P.M., subject to public road right of way on the east
That on December 30, 1937 an Oil and Gas Lease was granted to V.N. Souligny for a term of
ten years from the date of the instrument, "and as long thereafter as oil or gas, or either of them
is produced from said land by the lessee" and subsequently recorded July 28, 1938 in Book 21,
Page 265 in the records of Adams County, Nebraska on the NW/4 of 11-6-10, Adams County,
Nebraska. That said Oil and Gas Lease was assigned to Prunty Production Company by
Assignment of Oil and Gas Lease recorded on January 20, 1939 in Book 22, Page 218 in the
records of Adams County, Nebraska.
That on January 12, 1938 an Oil and Gas Lease was granted to V.N. Souligny for a term often
years from the date of the instrument, "and as long thereafter as oil or gas, or either of them is
produced from said land by the lessee" and subsequently recorded July 20, 1938 in Book 21,
Page 311 in the records of Adams County, Nebraska on the El/2SE1/4 10-6-10, Adams County,
Nebraska.
Affiant states that there has never been any exploration for or production of oil; gas or other
minerals upon said premises.
