This Agreement, made this day of November 8, 2007, in behalf of Steven D. Ardiana and Allyson L. Ardiana, husband and wife,
Trustor in the Deed of Trust mentioned below and the owner of the real property described therein, by and between Verdugo Trustee
Service Corporation, substituted Trustee and Citibank, NA, Beneficiary and the present owner and holder of the indebtedness secured
by said Deed of"Trust:
W ITNESSETH:
Whereas, Trustor did execute a Deed of Trust dated November I, 2006, encumbering real property described therein for the purpose
of securing an indebtedness of $44,523.00, said Deed of Trust was executed by Steven D. Ardiana and Allyson L. Ardiana, to First
American Title Company, Trustee for the benefit of Citibank; NA, was recorded in the Recorder's office, in and for the County of
Adams, State of Nebraska, on November 2, 2006 as Document Number 20064995, and
Whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in the place and stead of said
original Trustee thereunder, and any subsequently appointed trustee.
Now, THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary hereby substitutes Verdugo "Frustee Service Corporation as Trustee under said Deed
of Trust.
NOW, TI-IL'REFORE, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND CONVEY, without warranty, to the present
owner of said property, PART of the real estate in said Deed of Trust described, situated in •Betrb~as County in the State of Nebraska,
to-wit: Adams .
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
TO HAVE AND TO }-TOLD the same, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging free, clear and discharged from the encumbrance
of said Deed of Trust. This Partial Deed of Release shall not affect all other property described in said mortgage.
