WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
July 1Z, 2003 executed by Mark A:-Nelson and Amy S: Nelson, husband and wife; asT~ustor(s), in
which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which is
recorded in Inst. #20035686 Mortgage Records of Adams County, Nebraska, has received from the
beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the
Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust
has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey'withqut warranty, to the person or persons
legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived bythe undersigned under the Deed of Trust
in following described real estate, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE114) of
Section Sixteen (16), Township Eight (8) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.,
Adams County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said
Section 16; thence 345.0 feet West; thence 560.0 feet North;'thence 345.0 feet East; thence
560.0 feet South to the Place of Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
