DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Shane Burr & Kristen Burr, Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for
the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being
dated 28th day of April, 2006 and recorded in the office of the County Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on May 1, 2006, as instrument #20061863, has been
paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
The East 50 feet of the West 150 feet of the North 139.55 feet of Block Two (2),
Eastwood Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
TOGETHER with all buildings, tiztures, improvements and appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
