THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT A.
COPE AND TAMMY A. COPE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, Trustee for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, the Beneficiary named therein dated FEBRUARY 28, 2006 and
recorded MARCH 3. 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of ADAMS County, Nebraska, in Inst.
No. 20060939 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and said Beneficiary has
requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
Lot Three (3), Pauley's Subdivision of a part of Lot One (1), Haire's Subdivision of the
Northeast Quarter (NE'/<) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twelve (12),
Township Seven (7.) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6"' P.M., in the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH ALL building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
