29, 2001, GRANTOR, in consideration ofThirty-Four Thousand Dollars ($34,000.00) received from
GRANTEE, LYNN E. CHRISP and MICHELE S. CHRISP, husband and wife, as joint tenants
and not as tenants in common, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined
in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter

(12) West of the 6~' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said tract being more
particularly described as follows:

line of said Subdivision for 343.00 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence S 000

W for 270.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 19.391 acres
more or less, the Easterly most and Southerly most 33.00 feet thereof being Adams
County road right-of--way.
GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
GRANTOR:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
easements, covenants and restrictions of record;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
