pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Adams County, Nebraska, Case No. PR 07-137,
GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Lorene R. Trausch, GRANTEE, the following described
real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
An undivided one-half interest in Lots Five (S) and Six (6) in Parr's Subdivision of
Block Five (5), Pratts Addition to the Village of Roseland, Adams County,
Nebraska; AND
An undivided one-half interest in The South Half (5'/s) of the Soptheast Quarter
(SE'/a) of Section Ten (10) and the North Half (N'/2) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE'/4) of Section Fifteen (15), all in Township Five (5) North, Range Eleven (11),
West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
subject to easements and restrictions of record.
GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distributon of the real
estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANDE that GRANTOR has legal power
and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
