The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a•Trust Deed filed for record
on 06/29/2006, as Document number 20063026 in the records of Adams County,
Nebraska, by TRAVIS ERICKSON AND CRYSTAL ERICKSON, HUSBAND AND
WIFE, as Trustors; in which The Bank of New York as Trustee for Popular Financial
Services Mortgage/pass through certificate series # 2006-C, is named as Beneficiary,
hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was
conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure
to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such
default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of 08/16/2007,
is in the amount of $62,381.76, plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that
because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold. the trust
property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as
follows:
LOT ONE (1), BLOCK SEVEN (7), WEST LAWN-ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO
THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
