ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST UNDER DEED OF TRUST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GLENVIL COOPERATIVE
CREDIT UNION ("Assignor") for good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
WALTER C. BIENKOWSKI, III, ("Assignee"), the receipt of which consideration is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer and set over unto Assignee all its
rights, title and beneficial interest in and to that Deed of Trust executed by PAMELA S.
EDWARDS, unto GLENVIL COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION, dated April 20, 2006,
covering the following described real property located in the County of Adams, State of
Nebraska:
The North 66' of the East 152' of the South half of Block
Nine (9) of Alexander's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, except the West 8' thereof; AND a part of the
North half of Block Nine (9), Alexander's Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, legally described as
follows: commencing at the Southeast corner of the North half
of Block Nine (9), running thence West to a point 135' East of
the West line of said Block Nine (9), thence North 50', thence
East 17', thence North 10', thence West 17', thence North 6',
thence East to the East line of said Block Nine (9); and thence
South 66' to the place of commencement, all according to the
recorded plat thereof.
