20062669, in the office of the Register of Deeds Adams County, Nebraska, the beneficial
interest under said Deed of Trust being assigned to Walter C. Bienkowski III by an
Assignment of Beneficial Interest which was recorded on November 19, 2007, as
Instrument No. a~07S//3 , in the office of the Register of Deeds Adams County,
Nebraska, and affecting the real estate described as:
North 66'feet of the East 152 feet of the South-Half of Block Nine (9),
Alexander's Addition, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, except the
West Eight Feet (W8') thereof, and
Apart of the North Half of Block Nine (9), Alexander's Addition, City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: Commencing
at the Southeast Corner of the North Half (N'h) of Block 9, in Alexander's
Addition to the City of Hastings; running thence West to a point 135 feet East of
the West line of said Block 9; thence North SO feet; thence East 17 feet; thence
North 10 feet; thence West 17 feet; thence North 6 feet; thence East to the East
line of said Block 9; and thence South 66 feet to th place of co/mt~encement; 11
