Charles Shoemaker, as Successor Trustee for. Successor Beneficiary, Walter C. Bienkowski III, and originally recorded on June 15, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 20062669, and thereafter assigned to said Successor Beneficiary by an Assignment of Beneficial Interest recorded on November 19, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. pp7,~"//~ ,has been paid; and WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person(s) entitled thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person(s) entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the Trustee. under the above described Deed of Trust in the following de scribed property: North 66 feet of the East 152 feet of the South Half of Block Nine (9), Alexander's Addition, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, except the West Eight Feet (W8') thereof, and Apart of the North Half of Block Nine (9), Alexander's Addition, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of.the North Half (N'/z) of Block 9, in Alexander's Addition to the City of Hastings; running thence West to a point 135 feet East of the West line of said Block 9; thence North 50 feet; thence East 17 feet; thence North 10 feet; thence West 17 feet;; thence North 6 feet; thence East to the East line.of said Block 9; and thence South 66 feet to the place of commencement; all according to the recorded plat thereof.
