KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, Jeffrey D. Thomas and Stacia E. Thomas, husband and wife,
of Adams County Nebraska executed a Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2006, duly
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Adams, State of
Nebraska on April 4, 2006, Instrument Number 20061441 of the Mortgage Record, in
said office, conveying to CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, certain real estate, in
trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein. Said real estate is
described as follows`

AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said
trust have been fully satisfied;
NOW, THEREFORE in consideration-of the premises, and the sum of ONE
DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beheficiary named therein,
CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the present owner or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and
assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which it has
under.and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of
Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together'with all and singular the privileges
and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that said Trust Deed is,
by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely released, canceled and.
forever discharged.
