WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated MARCH 25, 2005,
executed by RAY BUNNELL JR. AND DONNA J. BUNNELL, as Trustor, for the benefit of NEW
CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded APRIL 11, 2005 as

County, NEBRASKA;
AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, has requested a
reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned as Trustee does hereby
grant and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
