FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Robert E. Hansen and
Alyce L. Hansen, husband and wife, as Trustor to I-leritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Iastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of April l9, 1999 and
recorded April 23, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument
Number 19992092 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
THE SOUTH FIFTY (S 50) FEET OF LOT ONE (1 ), BLOCK FIVE (5), WEBSTER AND
