DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

POR VALUABLE COIQSIDERP,TION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Sandra C. Peterson, a single person, as Trustor
to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust Company, Iastings, Nebraska, as Trustee
for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of Seutember 27, 1996, and recorded October 2, 1996, in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #953713 has
requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
Lot One (1), in Westview Subdivision of Blocks Thirty-Three (33) and Thirty-Four (34) of D.W.
Palmer's Prospect Park Addition to the City of Hastings,,Adams County, Nebraska, according to
the recorded plat thereof
