DEED OFRECONVEYANCE ;
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of. Trust dated May 11, 2007, executed by .JEFFREY nALE=THOMAS and' STACI4 E THOMAS;
HUSBAND AND WIFE in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the
undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska On Instrument No 20072112.
WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
Commencing.40 feet East and 746.75 feet South of the Northwest Corner of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 8 North„Range 12 West of the 6th P.M.,
Adams County, Nebraska, running thence East 150 feet; thence South parallel to the
East line of the Smith Avenue 150 feet; thence West 150 feet to the East- line of
Smith Avenue; thence North 150 feet on said East line to the point of
commencement; being the tract formerly described as Lots 1 and 2 in Block 2, of
Schultz Addition to the Village of Kenesaw, Adams County, Nebraska, now vacated
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without v/arranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 15TH day of November, 2007.
