The Southwest Quarter (SW'/<) of Section Eight (8), Township Five (5) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
6°i P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
And is now in possession thereof.
That on January 16, 1982 an oil and gas lease was granted to Empire Oil Properties, Inc., recorded March 24,
1982 as Inst. No. 820768 for a term often years from the date of the instrument, "and as long thereafter as oil
or gas, or either of them is produced from said land by the lessee".
That said Oil and Gas Lease was assigned to Zeteo Corporation reserving one half of one percent overriding
royalty to Empire OiI Properties, Inc., by Assignment.of Oil and Gas Lease recorded April 5, 1982 as Inst. No.
820930; Zeteo Corporation assigned their interest to Professional Operating and Consulting, Inc. by
Assignment of Oil and Gas Lease recorded January 16, 1984 as Inst. No. 840104, reserving 5.75% overriding
royalty; said one half of one percent ovemding royalty reserved by Empire Oil Properties, Inc. was assigned to
James P. Dawson by Assignment of Oil and Gas Lease recorded September 22, 1983 as Inst. No. 832727; all in
the records of Adams County, Nebraska.
Affiant states that there has never been any exploration for or production of oil, gas or other minerals upon said
premises.
Further Affiant saith not.
