THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LEONARD
E. CRICK, A SINGLE PERSON AND PATRICIA CRICK REDDICK AND DANNIE REDDICK, WIFE
AND HUSBAND, to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, Trustee
for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, the
Beneficiary named therein dated JULY 28, 1995 and recorded JULY 28; 1995 in the office of the
Register of Deeds of ADAMS County, Nebraska, in Inst. No. 952659 and an ASSUMPTION
AGREEMENT signed by.PATRICIA CRICK REDDICK, TRUSTOR on AUGUST 10, 2004 and
Recorded OCTOBER 15, 2004 in Inst. No. 20045253 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has
been paid and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed
and delivered.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
THE SOUTH FIFTY (S 50) FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW'/4) OF BLOCK
TWENTY-THREE (23), IN SAINT JOSEPH SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS,
ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF,
EXCEPT THE EAST SEVEN (E 7) FEET THEREOF FOR ALLEY
TOGETHER WITH ALL building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
