DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, in consideration of full payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
executed by Theresa L: Parr, a single person to The Cofinercial Bank, Blue Hill, Nebraska, Trustee for the
Benefit of The Commercial Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 12, 2003 and recorded on
February 14, 2003 in instrument #20031002 at the office of the register of Adams County, Nebraska, has
been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remiss, release and
reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
The Southeast Quarter.(SEl/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Six;(6) North, Range Eleven
(11) West of the 6t" P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
