DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, in consideration of full payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
executed by Theresa Parr to South Central State Bank, Blue Hill, Nebraska, Trustee for the Benefit of South
Central State Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated Apri128, 2004 and recorded on May 3, 2004 in
Instrument #20042219 in the office of the register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, has been paid, and
said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
confirmed by its endorsement below;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remiss, release and
reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Silt (6) North, Range Eleven
(11) West of the 6"' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska EXCEPT the East 41.25 feet thereof conveyed to
Adams County, Nebraska, by deed recorded in Book 154 Page 485.
