THAT, WHEREAS, This indenture made this 19th day of November, 2007 between First Dakota National Bank of
Yankton County South Dakota, party of the first part, and Agri-Plus, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation; Bruce D Bohlen
and Julie M Bohlen, Husband and Wife, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, whereas, on the 2nd day of April, 2004 Agri-Plus, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation; Bruce D Bohlen and
Julie M Bohlen, Husband and Wife, made, executed and delivered to First Dakota National Bank, a Deed of Trust,
upon certain premises there described, which was executed by Agri-Plus, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation; Bruce D
Bohlen and Julie M Bohlen, Husband and Wife, to FIRST DAKOTA NATIONAL BANK, Yankton County, South
Dakota,'as Trustee, for the benefit of FIRST DAKOTA NATIONAL BANK, the. Beneficiary named therein, dated
April 2, 2004 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, State of Nebraska, as
Document 20042170 thereof, of the Mortgage Records.
AND W HEREAS,.Ihe said party of the first part, at the request of the party of the second part, has agreed to give up
and surrender so much of said mortgaged premises as are hereinafter described, and to hold and retain the residue
of said mortgaged premises as security for the money remaining due on.said Deed of Trust.
NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in,pursuance of said agreement,
does hereby release and discharge from the lien and operation of said Deed of Trust the following of said
