Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Robert L. Lorence and/or Shirley A. Lorence,
Trustee; Robert L. Lorence and Shirley A. Lorence, Revocable Trust, as Trustor to Heritage
Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee- for the
benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of Seutember 30, 2002, and recorded October 8, 2002, in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20025367 has
requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the .request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto al] the right, title, interest and claim acquired
