The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred to in the Deed of
Reconveyance set out below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said
Deed of Trust and requests the Trustee to reconvey the trust property by executing the following
Deed of Reconveyance.

DEED OF RECONVEYANCE.
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PAMELA S. ED WARDS, 211 E.
12`h Street, Hastings, NE 68901, as Trustor, to HERITAGE BANK, 800 W. 3`d Street, Hastings,
Nebraska 68901, as Trustee and Beneficiary, has been paid, and the assignee of Beneficiary has
requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by his
endorsement above:
Deed of Trust recorded March 31, 2004, as Instrument No. 20041614. Assigned to
Thomas B. Swedlund. by Corporation Assignment of Deed ,of Trust recorded .
February 15, 2006,, as Instrument No. 20060655.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
Successor Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
The.North Sixty-six (N 66') feet of the East One Hundred Fifty-two (E 152') feet of
the South Half (S/2) of Block Nine (9), Alexander's Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, except the West Eight (W 8') feet thereof, and
A part of the North Half (N/2) of Block Nine (9), Alexander's Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: Commencing at the
Southeast Corner of the North Half (N/2) of Bloclc Nine (9), in Alexander's Addition
to the City of Hastings; running thence West to a point One Hundred Thirty-five (W
135') feet East of the West line of said Block Nihe (9); thence North Fifty (N 50')
feet; thence East Seventeen (E 17') feet; thence North Ten (N 10') feet; thence West
Seventeen (W 17') feet; thence North Six (N 6') feet; thence East to the East line of
said Block Nine (9); and thence South Sixty-six (S 66') feet to the place of
commencement; all according to the recgrde'd plat thereof.
