Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of January
2001, and recorded January 11, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as Instrument #20010158 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all'the right, title; interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
