Theisen and Dorothy A. Theisen, Husband and' Wife, GRANTOR, in consideration of One
Dollar-($1.00) and other valuable consideration, conveys to GRANTEE, Saint Cecilia High
School Endowment Fund, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, the following described real
estate (as defined inNeb..Rev. Stat. 76-201):
Lot Two (2) of Feist's Subdivision of the West Two-thirds (2/3)~of Lot Eleven (11), in
Block Two (2) in Burwell Addition to the City of I-Iastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
GRANTOR:
1)is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
encurnbrances, subject to existing easements and restrictions of
record, if any;
2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
claims of all persons.
