SAINT CECILIA HIGH SCHOOL ENDOWMENT FUND, a Nebraska Nonprofit
Corporation; GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, conveys to GRANTEE, WILLIAM J. VELDER, a married person, and NANCY
R. KRAFTZIK, a married person, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants
in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb..Rev. Stat. 76-201):
Lot Two (2) of Feist's Subdivision of the West,Two-thirds (2/3) of Lot Eleven (11), in
Block Two (2) in Buswell Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
GRANTOR:
1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
encumbrances, subject to existing easements and restrictions of
record, if any;
2), has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
claims of all persons.
