Notice is hereby given that the life estate reserved to Wanda and Hartwood Connell, Wife
and Husband, in that certain deed recorded at [3ook 14 of Deeds, Pages 344-345 of the records of
the Register of Deeds of McPherson County, Nebraska, on the following described Real Estate:
Township 20 North, Range 33 West of the 6'h P.M., McPherson County, Nebraska

Township 20 North, Range 33 West of the 6'h P.M., McPherson County, Nebraska

Blythe's Addition to the Village of Kenesaw, Adams County, Nebraska.
is subject to the restrictions of paragraph 5 of that certain Connell Settlement Agreement made
October 22, 2007, by and between Wanda and I-Iartwood Connell, referred to therein as "Wanda";
Arlen and Joy Connell, referred to therein as "Arlen"; and LaDonna and Matthew Jackman,
referred to therein as "LaDonna' ; to wit:

5. "WANDA" shall retain their life estate in the real estate described at Paragraphs 4 & 5
and agree they will not sell, assign or mortgage their interest in the life estate. "WANDA" also
agrees to pay the real estate taxes on the property before they become delinquent. "WANDA"
agrees she will not commit waste on the property. Said life estate shall terminate in the event such
life estate is sold, assigned or mortgaged. Such life estate shall terminate if real estate taxes on the
properly are not paid before they become delinquent or waste is committed on the property and
"WANDA" fails to cw~e the same within 30 days of the receipt of notice thereof from "ARLEN" or
"LADONNA". Any such notice shall be given in writing by personal service or by United States

certifed mail return receipt requested to "WANDA'S" last known address together with a copy to

"ARLEN" or "LADONNA" at their last known address. //
