consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, conveys to DARREL F. ELLINGSON and DENNIS D.
ELLINGSON, Grantee, whether one or more, subject to a Life Estate of NORMA J.

County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
