DEED OF RECONVEYANCE, SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE FINANCING STATEMENT
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Becker Leasing, LLC
a (n) Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, successor in interest to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, as the result of an
acquisition and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of February 15, 1999, and recorded on February
17, 1999 , as Instrument No. 19990869 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto,
without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property
described in said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is
executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
