The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Becker Leasing, LLC
a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of October 13, 2003, and recorded on October 21, 2003 ; as
Instrument No. 20037692 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, does
hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said
Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the
request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust. -
