consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Scott C. Harmon acid Rita R. Harmon, husband
and wife, GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
Section 76-201):
All of Grantors' One Quarter (1/4) interest in the real estate legally described as:

GIANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES

(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
