The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
on 03/24/2003 Document 20031850 in' the records of Adams County, Nebraska, by
MARK A. DUMLER, TONIA M. DUMLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustors, in
which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems as a nominee for MORTGAGE
INVESTORS CORPORATION, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a
breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has
occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as
they became due. The current lawful holder of the promissory note is Wells Fargo Bank,
NA. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by
said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of 11/05/2007, is in the amount of $107,251.79,
plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the
undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
ALL OF LOT FOURTEEN (14) AND THE NORTH THIRTY-SIX (N 36)
FEET OF LOT THIRTEEN (13) KAYS SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 20, ST
JOESPH SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, COUNTY,
NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
