DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by S & W Land & Investments, a
Wyoming corporation, as TRUSTOR, to Michael E. Sullivan, as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of
Patricia B. Helmann, as BENEFICIARY, dated June 27, 2001, and filed of record with the
Adams Cowity Register of Deeds on June 27, 2001, as Instrument No. 20013012, has been
satisfied, and the BENEFICIARY has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In consideration of such satisfaction, and in accordance with the request of the
BENEFICIARY, the T RUSTEE reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right;
title, interest and claim acquired by the TRUSTEE pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the
following:
Lot One (1), excepting the South Forty-three (S 43) feet thereof,in Block Four (4),
in Johnson's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
