The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record on October 22,
2007, as Instrument No. 20074693 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, which Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Marlin Karr and
Tamara J. Karr, Trustors, in which C.E. Heaney Jr. is named as Trustee for the benefit of Long
Beach Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on January 14, 1999 as
Instrument No. 19990252 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska
concerning the following real estate:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 26, Township 5 North,
Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said NWl/4; thence Westerly
along the North line of said NWl/4 a distance of 730.9 feet to the point of begituung;
thence continuing Westerly along said North line a distance of 250.0 feet; thence
Southerly on a deflection angle of 90°00' left a distance of 500.0 feet; thence Easterly
parallel to said North line a distance of 250.0 feet; thence Northerly a distance of 500.0
feet more or less to the point of beginning.
