THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ORVILLE E.
DUDEN JR., A SINGLE PERSON, to TierOne Bank, Tnistee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the Beneficiary named
therein dated March 03, 2005 and recorded March 14, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as entered in Instrument 20051092 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
therein, the undersigned as Tntstee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
