KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, alI of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed By Jack
C Friend and Ellie Friend, husband and wife to First American Title Insurance Company,
Trustee for the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial Nebraska, Inc. f/k/a Norwest Financial
Nebraska, Inc. the Beneficiary named therein, 12/16/04, and recorded 01/24/05 in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska., in Inst#20050339 has
been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
be executed and delivered.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
following described premises but only as to such premises:
The land referred to in this commitment is located in the County of Adams State of
Nebraska, and is described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 3, Westland first addition to the city of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
belonging to such premises.
