Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from Leo D.
Sauermann and Evelyn A. Sauermann Trustor(s) for the benefit of New Century
Mortgage Corporation dated September 16, 2003 and filed September 23, 2003 as
Inst. No. 20036940 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
