WHEREAS; all of.the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, CHARLES N
BLUNT AND DEBORAH L BLUNT, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank
as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 4, 2007, and recorded on May 9, 2007, in the office of the
Register of Deeds in Adatns County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 20072049 has been paid;
and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
Central National Bank, as Trustee;,under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
t11e'persoil:or,persgns:_entitled thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
request`of-the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
THE WEST FIFTY-EIGHT (W 58) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), AND THE EAST SIXTY-
SIX (E 66) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4), SOUTH SHORE SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO
THE P.ECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
