PARTIAL RELEASE OF WATER CONSTRUCTION LIEN
WHEREAS; Hastings Utilities and Johnson Imperial Home Co. of Hastings (Developer(s) are
parties to a Real Estate Improvement Contract executed by them on the 3rd day of March, 2006, granting to
Hastings Utilities an interest in Lots 1-3, Block 1, and Lots 1-10, Block 2, all in Lochland Meadows
Subdivision Number Four in the City of Hastings; Adams County, NE, according to the recorded plat
thereof; and,
WHEREAS, construction liens were filed under the provisions of the said Real Estate Improvement
Contracts as Instrument No. 20061044 against, Lots 1-3, Block 1; and Lots 1-10, Block 2, all in Lochland
Meadows Subdivision Number Four in the City of Hastings, Adams County, NE, and,
WHEREAS, Johnson Imperial Home Co. of Hastings has completed habitable improvements upon
the said parcels in accordance with the provisions of the said Contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, Hastings Utilities hereby releases its interest resulting from the Construction
Liens filed as Instrument No. 20061044 against Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, in Lochland Meadows Subdivision
Number Four in the City of Hastings, Adams County, NE according to the recorded plat thereof.
