The undersigned, the Beneficiaries in the Deed of Trust referred, to in the Deed of
Reconveyance set out below, hereby acknowledge satisfaction of the obligation secured by said Deed
of Trust and request the Trustee to reconvey the trust property by exe g t e fo lowi ed of

EED OF RECONVEYANCE
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LITTLE MEXICO, INC., 824 W.
24"'Street, Kearney, NE 68847, as Trustor, to DAVID H: FISHER, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044,
Hastings, Nebraska 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of THOMAS A. THOM and LADENA
R. THOM, husband and wife, as Beneficiaries, has been paid, and the Beneficiaries have requested
in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their
endorsement above:
Deed of Trust recorded April 12, 1991, as Instrument No. 911138.,
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries, the
Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
Tract l: Lots One (1) through Ten (10), inclusive, except the North Eighty-two (N
82') feet of Lots One (1) through Five (5), Block Sixteen (16), Johnson's Addition to
the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
thereof, and all of the vacated alley in said Block Sixteen (16);
Tract 2: Lots One (1) through Five (5), inclusive, Block Seventeen (17), Johnson's
Addition to the City of Hastings, Adains County, Nebraska, according to the recorded
plat thereof, and excluding any portion of the vacated alley adjoining said Lots.
Tract 3: A portion of vacated Third Street more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Minnesota Avenue with the North
line of Third Street; thence East along said North line of Third Street to the West line
of Wabash Avenue; thence South along the West line of Wabash Avenue to the
South line of Third Sheet; thence West along the South line of Third Street to the
East line of Minnesota Avenue; thence North along the East line of Minnesota
Avenue to the North line of Third Stree the po' t of beginning. ~ ~
