CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
LITTLE MEXICO, INC., a corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, EILEEN M.
HARMAN, a single person, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate
(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201):
Lots One (1) and Two (2), Little Mexico Subdivisiop in the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
To have. and to hold the above described premises together with.all tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantee's
