Sondra L. Frahk, Timothy Frank and Thomas Frank, being first duly sworn upon oath,
depose and state as follows, to-wit: .
1. That we, Sondra L. Frank, Timothy Frank and Thomas Frank are the owners of the
following described real estate:
The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W'hSW'/<) of Sectioh Thirty-five (35), Township
Six (6) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, EXCEPT
those parcels conveyed to The State of Nebraska recorded in Deed Book 122, Page 616
and in Book 317, page 819;
AND That part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W'h NW'/<) of said section
described as follows: Commencing at a point 750 feet South of the Northwest corner of
said Section Thirty-five. (35); thence east parallel to the North line of said Section to a
point 385 feet West of the East line of said W'/zNW'/<; thence South parallel to the East
line of said W'/z NW'/4 to the South line of said NW'/<; thence Weston said South line to
the Southwest corner of said NW'/; thence North on the West line of said Section to the
place of beginning, in Township Six (6) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6`h P.M.,
Adams County, Nebraska
And that we are now in possession thereof.
2. That on May 12, 1954 an Oil and Gas Lease was granted to L. M. Shadbolt showing a
term of ten (10) years and as long thereafter as oil, gas, casinghead gas, casinghead
gasoline or any of them is produced. Said lease was recorded May 12, 1954 in Book 28,
Page 279 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska.
3. Affiants state that there has never been any exploration for or production of oil, gas or
other minerals upon said premises.
Further Affiants saith not.
